Refund policy
Products
We accept returns on full-price merchandise purchased from Lisane Basquiat within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To start a return, please contact Customer Service at shop@shapingfreedom.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a prepaid return label is provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, or as store credit, within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Because our products are produced in limited runs, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers may return eligible full-price items within the return window and receive either a refund to the original payment method or store credit. If they want a different item, they can place a new order separately, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Sessions & Events
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled Shaping Freedom session, workshop, or event, we offer the following options to ensure you can still benefit from our community and resources:
- Flexible Credits: With at least 24 hours' notice prior to the start of your event, you may receive a full credit for the value of your registration. This credit is versatile and can be applied toward:
- Any upcoming session, workshop, or event.
- Any physical product available in our online store.
- Guest Transfers: Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another individual with 24 hours' notice. To ensure a smooth check-in for your guest, please provide their name, email address, and phone number when you contact us.
To request a transfer or shift your attendance, please contact Customer Service at hey@shapingfreedom.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled event. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for transfers or credits.
This policy allows us to manage our session capacities effectively and serve all members of our community fairly.
