Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Please note: International orders subject to additional duties and taxes. Does not apply to events.

We cannot ship to postal (P.O.) boxes.

For express shipping and international shipping, shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on the final destination. International shipping times within 2–7 days. All customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only. Shaping Freedom® cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package by clicking on the tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email. 

Please note, once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment team therefore changes cannot be made to your order, ship date, or shipping address.
